Custom Laser Engraving

Even though laser engraving is relatively fast (when compared to making something by hand), the amount of time needed to laser engrave depends on the project, what is being engraved, and the quantity being engraved. Custom orders take at least 2-4 weeks for completion.

We no longer customize personal products.

Even though we do our absolute best to ensure a perfect outcome with laser engraving, there are times when things happen out of our control, such as the machines having a random slip up or a random power outage, etc.

Because of these unpredictable and unpreventable occurances, we no longer customize personal products to prevent your personal item from being irreversably damaged.

Yes you can!

In fact, a lot of our clients choose this method. We just ask that you talk with us about the product first before purchasing and shipping it to us. This is to ensure the product being purchased can actually be laser engraved and also to see if the customization requested can be achieved on that product. Depending on the product, we may also ask that 2-3 spare products be sent, in the event an unpredictable/unpreventable incidence occurs (such as a machine slip up or random power outage).
