Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Owl Creek Crafters, LLC! We hope you are happy with your purchase. All of our products are made out of quality wood and are made with the utmost attention to detail and quality control to ensure exceptional quality. It is the policy of Owl Creek Crafters, LLC that all products be inspected upon receipt. If damaged products are received, please contact us immediately through owlcreekcrafters@gmail.com to report damage. Keep all packaging materials and take photos if possible.
Products can be warrantied for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 7 days. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in new/unused condition and packaged well for the return. All returns must be packaged in the original packaging. Products damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging and handling will NOT be credited. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Owl Creek Crafters, LLC is not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.
Any custom or special request orders are NOT eligible for a refund. This includes any one-of-a-kind, or any product that has been customized to your specifications.
Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or custom order can be cancelled prior to shipping the order. Please email us at owlcreekcrafters@gmail.com to cancel an order.
